Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Web Development

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: 2 - 4 years (in IT Company)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month (depending on knowledge and experience) or 20% - 30% hike on current salary

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day and Night Shift

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with exceptional communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to connect and interact with potential customers, generate leads for Web Development projects, and close deals. If you have a background in IT and a passion for business development, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Web Development projects, including WordPress, Shopify, Front-end Development, HubSpot, Web Designing, and PHP.

- Bidding on various portals such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc., to acquire new projects and clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets within specified timelines.

- Business Development responsibilities, including project requirement analysis, proposal drafting, and negotiation with international clients.

- Cultivate and maintain excellent public relations to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Coordinate with international clients through Skype chat and Skype calls to understand their needs and project requirements.

- Clearly articulate client requirements to the internal team for project execution.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT company.

- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the web development domain.

- Familiarity with various web development technologies and services, such as WordPress, Shopify, Front-end Development, HubSpot, Web Designing, and PHP.

- Proficiency in bidding on online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation and proposal drafting skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
